What you need for this tutorial: 3 nail paints and

To start off, paint your nails with your chosen base coat and wait until dry.
Then, paint uneven/random spots all over your nails.
Using the dotting tool, paint the edge of the spots with a dark nail polish. You can’t go around the edge and paint the complete spot, you want it to have gaps in...
